Its not that I'm that huge, its just that I'm used to being slim, have been all my life and so when weight is put on I'm unhappy about it! You know the feeling and how gross you feel even though your friends all say 'oh don't be stupid you look great!' Ahhhh

I haven't been working for the last 6 months, and before that was traveling. Since coming home and living with the parents the weight has creeped up slowly. I was in hospital for a week and lost half a stone in March so its been since then. I've never been in the double figures, in terms of stones, before and its a huge shock.

I'm pretty much a healthy person, I love fruit and veggies and lentils and all that sort of stuff. I do like meat but I don't have to eat it at every meal, I'd prefer to eat good quality organic once every while instead. My problem is a MASSIVE sweet tooth, its ridiculous, and once started I just can't stop. So I can have a really healthy 3 days and then mum'll make some brownies, and I've eaten 6, oh did I mention my mum is an amazing cook and has a sweet tooth too, its not good, we just encourage each other!!

So I really need some encouragement and support from likeminded people out there, and exchange I can support and try and help you back. I am planning 3 weeks from today of 'healthy eating and exercise'(better than saying I'm on a diet)!

So this morning I dragged myself out'a bed and onto a bike, only out for half an hour but did some major hills, well it did feel like it. Felt so much better for doing that, then came home and had a yummy smoothie with rasperries, yoghurt, soy milk and a little crunch from cornflakes.

Its amazing how much different I feel from yesterday where I had already had a few chocolates by this stage. Its not just a physical feeling, but mental too, I get grumpy, unmotivated and tired from eating a lot of sugar and bread. I suppose this is all just common sense eh?

I'd better stop as this is prob not all that interesting for other readers!

Will keep in touch
